I paid the total amount for tires and rims up front it took them almost 4 month to finally get the rims I order, one of the employee's tried to pass off a pair I didn't order. I asked for money back, kept telling me to come back finally got rims drove car to church once a week, the driver tire immediately kept getting flat. Asked for new tire, they said next time. I have a 65,000 car that when the tire exploded on freeway one of their technicians said they should have not sold me the rims and tire period i should just keep my stock. Even though I paid cash they said i didn't have insurance, the location where I broke down helped me so I could get back home. One month later all rims were bent and tires popped". I went to a location cuz now in another state/. I cried what trouble the manager was nice and called his supervisor cuz it was christmas and they told be I would have to buy a new tire, The supervisor listened and helped me out but the rims I originally purchased and like were now no more?. l He gave new rims what they had and u can tell they didn't cost the same or look the same and were used?. The car was driven about 6 times since then and already a tire is flat again becuz there is no meat on the tire|. I putting on my factory and left with rims that shouldn't have been put on in the first place,. In all I wasted my money!. What a rip off'. Who has money to waste!!!! Rent-a-wheels should treat customers like this 128c1ba

I'm sure they wouldn't have sold you anything dangerous. Also rims don't just bend on their own. If they were bent you wouldve noticed right away, not one month later. Your story sought of lost me but from what it sounds like they were more than helpful.

The rims and wheels I recieved are perfect from the store on garth road in baytown, texas. Although the employees are ill-educated with the job they are supposed to spicialize in, its your job to do some homework on the car you drive. Obviously if you ask to put 20' rims on a honda civic, with the thinniest tires on the market, your going to have toruble constantly. Of course Rent a Wheel is going to say thats fine because the want money, that's just a typical business. YOU need to do the homework.. if you know anything about cars, the specs will be in the owners manual. Once you figure out exactly what you need, tell the rent a wheel place, and your rims and tires will be efficient.

I bought a set of new rims and tires and paid cash in full for the rims

and two tires. The guy that mounted them improperly by stacking the weights on the inside of the rim. I had to go and pay more money to correct this problem. On top of that the tpms they installed did not work properly. Add insult to injury I lost all air pressure to one tire yesterday, limped the car back to their shop, then they told me they could not fix it until the next day. The only time it seems that truley have ur best intrest is when the general manager is standing next to them. Othewise they are all in the back of the shop BULLS****ing, smoking, and talking on cell phones. Don't be fooled by the first impression. This place is a joke. Stay away from them.
