im writing due to the fact that i purchase rim and tires from rent a wheel on alantic boulevard.at the time of my purchase the employee explain to me that im on a rent to own program. i understand as long as i make payments i keep the rims.rent a wheel do not infrom the customers that the dont keep the old rims the employee did not in form me at the purchase of the rims.i let the manger know that he cant just take the rims and dont give me back my rims al he can say is sorry i must take the rims and all my employees let the customers know we keep the old rims for 48 hours.i just found out from a employee that the empolyee sold me the rims was fired for not explaining about the 48 hours limit. i just want to let u know donot shop at rent a wheel they dont care about their customers. 128bf0d  Comments (15) |

They are rude, and disrespectful, they do not care about their customers. They are deceiving and unfair to their customers.Quality of their products is poor and overpriced. I told him I was quoted a lower cost cause it was just the tires and he said no, they don't sell their tires that cheap, supposed to be $658 but he tried to say that they were $1200.....I said no and the guy that quoted me came thru the door and told the other guy that I was just doing the tire contract and no rims so I was actually right.......never got an apology or anything, instead he acted like he was still right.....*** douche bag......I've also made all my payments on time except I missed 3 days and they wanted their tires back, take them back biaatch....you just missed out on mire customers over 3 days...all in all, Rent A Wheel is the worst place for business, my advice, just save up and buy tires, get used tires temporary until u can save.....Once again, Rent A Wheel should be a BBB DENY LIST...crappy service, bad hospitality, *** product, and not worth doin business with!!!!! |

They sold me some rims and when I drove away my car was shaking really bad. I called them and they told me it was all in my head because they balanced my tires. I took my car to another store location where I was told that the rims were damaged and thats why balancing didn't help. When I tried to take the tires back and just get my money back they refused. This is a warning to everyone considering making a purchase from Rent A Wheel- They sell damaged rims and tires. They lie about the quality of the rims and tires as well. They will tell you the tires are new but all of the tires they sell are used. DO NOT BUY FROM RENT A TIRE!!!! You will be very unhappy!!! |
